As a Humanistic Integrative therapist, I draw from diverse therapeutic approaches to effectively meet your unique needs, wants, and goals. I provide a warm, confidential, and supportive environment that allows you to feel safe sharing your inner world. Together, we can explore and better understand your struggles and wounds.
My approach is collaborative; I recognize you as a unique individual and work at your pace, tailoring my support to aid your healing and growth. I aim to help you create a life with greater fulfillment and balance. Let's embark on this journey together.
Counselling takes place in a safe space where you will be met with sensitivity and empathy helping you to speak openly and honestly. Counselling works best when you feel free to express your thoughts and feelings without judgment-this openness creates the foundation for meaningful understanding and growth.
Trouble with a relationship; anxiety or panic attacks; mood swings or depression - many people face difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to get on top of. Counselling gives us a set of tools we can use to help gain a better understanding of what’s causing these problems - and how you can move towards managing or resolving them.
Working together I can help you gain greater insight into the difficulties you are facing, help you understand why you act or react to them the way you do, and see how you can start to make better, heathier choices moving forward.
People come to me for help a wide range of issues. Here are a few of the more common difficulties that can be supported through counselling:

My office is conveniently located in Glasgow City Centre, and I also provide online sessions.
I offer sessions either weekly or fortnightly, depending on your individual needs. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £55.
To help you make the best decision about your counselling journey, I offer a free initial confidential phone call with no obligation. During this call, we’ll discuss what brings you to counselling, explore how we can work together effectively, and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
The first session will serve as an assessment, allowing you to reflect on your experience before deciding whether to continue. My priorities are your comfort and informed choice.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
